Purpose of the position
To support the organisation with administration, communications, promotions and funding. Offering high-level administrative support, special projects delivery and guidance for fundraising and events. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Place of work & Hours
Support Office, Albany – 30hrs per week.

Person Specification Experience, Knowledge & skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
