Glamorgan Kindergarten – Unqualified Support Teacher Permanent Part Time

We have a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our Glamorgan Kindergarten team as a support person to our tamariki and whānau. This is a permanent part-time position of 20 hours per week: 9:00am – 1:00pm, Monday – Friday (term time only)

In this role your fun, caring nature with a passion for play will equip you to work alongside a supportive teaching team in a high- quality learning environment. Keen to learn about young children and kindergarten, you will demonstrate great initiative and a community mindset.

Supporting the teachers with young children during the busiest part of the day, this is a term time only, unless otherwise required to attend setup or paid professional development.

This position is for an unqualified support person, and we welcome all applicants from any background with a playful nature who is enthusiastic to see our tamariki learn and grow.

Applicants must be a NZ citizen/resident or hold a current work permit and will be required to undertake a NZ Police Vetting Check.
