An exciting opportunity has arisen at our lovely Oaktree Kindergarten for a teacher seeking experience of working with a high functioning, collaborative team and in a beautiful environment. This is a 12 month to 13 month maternity leave position, ideally starting 17th August 2020 with an end date of  17 September 2021.

Children attend between the hours of 8.30am – 2.30pm and full-time teachers work 8am and 4.30pm. Teachers experience excellent working conditions under the Kindergarten Teachers Collective Agreement (KTCA) (6 week’s annual leave, 3 week’s professional time, generous non-contact time) and the security of being part of a supportive Association that schedules regular PLD and an annual conference.

The team consists of a head teacher, this full time teacher, and 3 part-time teachers who all work 5 days a week. For this position we would prefer an experienced teacher who is confident to teach 40 3-5 year olds on a daily basis.
