Certificated Teacher Maternity Leave Position – Hobsonville Point ELC

Our 80-children, architect-designed centre is looking for a full-time teacher to cover maternity leave. The position is in the Teina (2-3 years) room and begins on 25 January 2021 for one year.

Hobsonville Point Early Learning Centre is officially a kindergarten as it is part of the Kaitiaki Kindergarten Association (formerly Northern Auckland Kindergarten Association). As such the teachers have the Kindergarten Teachers Collective Agreement (KTCA) pay and conditions which includes 6 week’s annual leave. The Association holds an annual conference and teachers are supported to undertake additional PLD at other times to suit which includes planned (and paid) First Aid refreshers.
