Oaktree Kindergarten Administrator

Our lovely Kaiako at Oaktree Kindergarten are looking for an Administrator to join their kindergarten team.

The position is for 15 hrs p/week – 3hrs per day Monday-Friday preferably 8:30am-11:30am each day.
School term only however, additional hours are paid when required to attend professional development or additional duties.

The administrator position is a valuable link between our parents, whānau and caregivers as well as our teachers, tamariki, and support office staff.

The successful applicant will require the following skills:
– Good computer administrative skills, attention to detail and confidentiality are important.
– Previous experience in an ECE administration role an advantage, but not a requirement as training will be provided.
– Excellent written and spoken English.
– Must be able to liaise confidently with a pleasant out reaching personality and be a team player with a willing attitude.
– Preferred start would be the 31st January 2023 or closest date thereafter.
