Waimauku Kindergarten Administrator
Our lovely Kaiako at Waimauku Kindergarten are looking for an Administrator to join the kindergarten team. The position is for 15 hours per week – either 3 hours per day Monday-Friday or 5hrs Monday, Wednesday & Friday (preferably 8:30am start). School term only, however additional hours are paid when required to attend professional development or additional duties.
The administrator position is a valuable link between our parents, whānau and caregivers as well as our teachers, tamariki, and support office staff.
The successful applicant will require the following skills:
Good computer administrative skills, attention to detail and confidentiality are important. Previous experience in an ECE administration role an advantage, but not a requirement as training will be provided.
Excellent written and spoken English. Must be able to liaise confidently with a pleasant out reaching personality and be a team player with a willing attitude.
The role will commence on the 15th July 2024.
